Shipping & Exchange Policy 

Thank you for shopping at Architecture of Wearables. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policy:

1. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-10 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Methods
- We offer standard shipping for domestic and international orders.
- Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. Please contact us for details.

3. Shipping Rates:
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. Rates will be displayed at checkout.

- For International deliveries would normally take 12-14 working days after the product us made.
International: Standard Air $30+ (Includes 'Track & Trace' to keep up to date with its journey to you).

4. Delivery Times

- All Products are pre ordered to be made, therefore it may take 5-10 working days from the production to delivery.
Once the products are sent, return and refund won't be available. Please make sure to check everything before you place the order.

- Please note that these are estimated times and actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

5. Tracking Information
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using this number on the shipping carrier's website.

6. Exchange Policy

- Exchange will be available only when there is faulty in the product. Please let us know within 3 days of receiving the goods. The product must be in original condition and have not been used. The costs of shipping back to us are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Customs and Duties
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

9. Order Issues
- If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us at architectureofwearables@gmail.com and we will assist you promptly.

10. Changes to Shipping Policy
- We reserve the right to update our shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
